How do you rate him as a trainer at this point in his career?

I don't rate him because i don't know him enough. But he failed several times before, and while i think he can be a nice guy... he talkes ALOT of nonsense BS sometimes.

Something along the lines of "we expected him to be more aggressive and not fight like that" suggesting they hadn't even viewed footage of the Thai.
