So...what if... A class action suit was filed against Pacquiao for not disclosing his medical issue with his shoulders?!?

Think about it, how many people ordered that fight because they thought he was 100%? Would people have bought it if they knew? I understand bouts are scheduled to change, but this didn't change.

I get it, injuries happen. But, Pacquiao is blaming his performance on that injury. If he just admitted he lost, no big deal.But BECAUSE it was from an injury that he didn't disclose, he knowingly cheated everyone who bought to watch.

Like I said , ONLY IN AMERICA would such technicalities even have a chance!

If he wants to use that as an excuse, he can own it and pay for it

Manny is SUPPOSED to be this HUMBLE and NOBLE guy but he cannot take a loss to Floyd like a GOOD Christian (he's as fake as a $3 Mexican Food Stamp).
