May-Pac II

After re watching the fight Pac did pretty well, he buckled the legs of Floyd 3 times but for some reason held back the final round giving Floyd

the fight I believe. Pac is very strong..... I clearly saw that Floyd cannot take a flush shot from Manny but he recuperates very quickly! I want to see

a rematch PLEASE!!!!!!!! We have nothing else to look forward to on this level please we need a rematch!!!!!!!!! The build up was very fun arguing

with random strangers about who would win we can't do this with GGG, Canelo, Kovalev, etc.. Please PRETTY PLEASE May-Pac II!!!!!!! We have

nothing else!!!!!!!

No.

I'm actually in the minority who think this was a very close fight that could have gone either way, but it wasn't a great fight and neither guy was willing to take much in the way of risks to decisively win the fight. After seeing what we saw, I can't imagine why anyone would be excited for a rematch.

It stunk the joint out and a rematch would probably take the storyline of Floyd doing the same again and seeing if Pacman can bring more pressure/output with a healthy shoulder.

I'm not interested in seeing Floyd fight again, i think it's became clear now he has no intention of ever engaging in a fight. I liked Floyd for stopping Maidana, that was my prediction, i felt the difference in skill was so great Floyd would outland Maidana by about 4 or 5 shot to 1, doing enough damage to come forward and stop him late. He never, in fact he sat on the ropes and lost the fight, winning the rematch by getting on his bike big time.

Against Pacquiao I honestly thought Floyd would rise to the occasion. The biggest fight ever. Projected 3m buys. The world watching... nope. Clinch & run fest, never sat on a single shot. Possibly his greatest display of inaction in his career.

I'd like to see Floyd retire & Pacquiao fight Khan or JMM 5 before retiring himself.

Pac needs more money to pay to all those law firms suing him. Floyd needs more money ALWAYS. Let them fight again, just don't be so stupid to pay yourself

Those celebrities and rich idiots will still buy tickets to show themselves and other idiots will buy PPVs, because "everybody" will be talking about the rematch.

It would be even easier the 2nd time around but we already know the excuse will be when he beat him a 2nd time; y'all wanna take a guess.

It rhymes with boulder and starts with sh

Surely the very fact he recuperates quickly shows he can take the shots doesn't it ?.

Only pactards and Flomos will watch a rematch.

They ain't fooling the world.

Both of them should just retire no one gives a fuuck anymore after the shitty display they put on last week.

I don't want to see it again. In fact I would be happy if both retired today.

But the general public will buy it again and again.
You know there is a sucker born every minute.

The only thing that will happen in a rematch is that Floyd will win an even more lopsided fight.

Happens every time he fights someone twice.

According to his doctor, Pacquiao will have his right shoulder operated on and it will keep him out of the ring for 9 to 12 months. In any case Mayweather is already running his mouth off saying Manny is a "sore loser and a coward'' and "at the moment he's not interested in a rematch."

If Manny is out for 9 to 12 months he'd need a warm up fight or two before meeting a big opponent, and by the time he's ready a rematch is out of the question surely?

+1

This, just look at his history of rematches and that'll tell us all we need to know.

If the ppv is over 5 million buy's and Mayweather knows all about what number's generate, If there is no rematch that would be the dumbest
move financialy Team Mayweather has ever made because they only have to get half those ppv number's to be the 2nd highest ever on ppv list's
IF IT'S A FINACIAL THING WITH FLOYD JR THEN IT'S NOT WILL BUT WHEN IS THE REMATCH.......... :TU:

If Manny is out for 9 to 12 months like his doctor says he will be there won't be a rematch any time soon.

I enjoyed the fight. Mind you I didn't pay for it. I watched it at the pub. But I anticipated it would be rather one sided, and the thing that kept me interested was to see whether Pacquiao could corner and stop Mayweather. But as we saw he didn't manage it.

I'm not sure two fights constitutes much of a history, but he did win them both in wider fashion, this much is true.

Part of the problem is that some of the best fighters he has ever fought didn't want seconds.

To my recollection, DLH and maybe Cotto are the only guys who serious wanted in with Floyd again.

JMM didn't. Mosley wasn't real vocal for one either.

Ghost went on a milk carton after Floyd routed him.

Hatton didn't want any.

And so on...

I'd pay to see it again, it was a great fight to attend. I had floyd by 4 rounds but having watched it back on tv with no sound, I agree with a lot of people who think it was closer.

It was a very good technical fight, Mayweather doesn't do Wars.

No thank you! It is decisive the first time zero point in a rematch
