Its the type of thing you would buy in a train station because you had nothing else with you.
I bought it when BN was out of stock for something to read whilst I had Starbucks, its now in the seating area in the gym where it gets picked up and flicked through. An okay read but not at all useful for training.

I think I bought mine at a boot sale. its interesting to me in the sense that the boxers, dont get me wrong they do a LOT of work in there but less than youd think, i guess from the fact that they already have a great base fitness.
no specifics or diagrams/pictures though, the Hopkins stuff in RING or the Barker stuff in BN i think is more helpful
