Will Mikey Garcia fight this year?

Do you think he will fight this year? Just started thinking about him and thought I haven't seen him fight in a while. Saw he hasn't scrapped for over a year. I read that he is out due to promotional problems? I also read he is targeting 140 lbs. 10 lbs from 130 his last fight!
Who should he fight in his comeback fight?

Nope.
Andre Ward situation unfortunately. Won't be long before idiots are saying Garcia is a scared coward and isn't any good.

Almost 18 months already. Real shame considering these should be the peak years of his career
