What's Going To Happen to Floyd?

We've seen so many versions of Floyd Mayweather Jr, but which one is real the Floyd and what does Floyd do after September when there's no more arenas to sell out and his name, never again, in bright lights?
Floyd is approaching 40 years old and been a World Champion for almost half of his life. He's surprised a lot of people by recently admitting that he just doesn't love boxing anymore. He now seems like a guy that can't wait to fulfill that last fight on his SHO contract and be done with it forever. Conversely, he's also a guy that demands the spotlight and thrives for attention. How is Floyd going to handle it when his name is removed from the marquee forever?
Most legends even remotely close to the fame that Floyd's earned have not faired very well. Oscar struggled with drugs and demons after his time was done. SRL also struggled with the lack of attention, turning to the white powder and bottle. Who knows what life would be like for Ali had he not been stricken with disease. We know he had a hard time leaving the spotlight and took a lot of beatings trying to gain it back but it was too late. Tyson is probably a better comparison since he and Floyd both are familiar with Johnny Law. Mike is still a question mark in my mind and a ticking time bomb but has reinvented himself a few different ways. But Floyd doesn't have that personality or that flare to cross over into mainstream fame. Dancing with the Stars showed how awkward he is outside of the boxing arena.
How many of you feel that Floyd will fare well in retirement and just enjoy his money, family and life? How many of you feel that we are about to witness a very sad downward spiral of epic proportions? I hope for the former but if i'm betting on it, my chips are put on the latter. I just can't see how Floyd will EVER quench even a tiny bit of his thirst for fame outside the sport of Boxing. Nothing will ever come close and I can't help but think that the final chapter of this book is going to end quickly and very badly.
