Hi all, this might get moved as not boxing related, but i'm doing a 2 day 70 mile run/walk/crawl and whinge around the Isle of Wight.
Its for the Cardiac Risk in the Youth charity, a few years ago a lad called Graham played football for my team , he was 21 and died from an undiagnosed heart condition (went to bed one night and never woke up).
So a group of us are running/walking 70 miles over the 6th and 7th of June, this route also has over 7000 feet of ascent, i have done a couple of marathons in the past, but i really have no idea how i'm going to complete this 70 miles.
Any amount is fine, we just want to raise as much as possible, thank you in advance

Mate - that IS a cardiac risk!!

That is one of my worries

Just to let you know, completed the 70 miles.
My feet are in pieces, and I won't describe the chaffing around my bum.
