... For some reason I was expecting Bogdan Dinu...

Good record obviously, but I think he's 35. long period of inactivity.

Bogdan not skilled enough or in shape enough to emerge out of the local circuit succesfully... But got to give it to felix box, they are matching their prospects quite aggressively (see Szello's record)
