Real joke. Tell me something : What's the use of sending Taishan Dong fight against a guy like this? 5 wins 9 losses, 9 by way of Knock out. Tell me what Taishan Dong learned from this fight. What kind of experience does it give him.

One thing is sure: he did not gain any experience from this fight.

I've never seen a seven foot Dong up close, and I'm very thankful for that.

Seriously though, is he any good? Does he look troublesome based solely on his size, or does he seem to have potential to develop into a guy who can compete and win at top level(or is he already?)

He has the body... pretty much all he has right now at this point... Needs LOTS of work imo. His opponent was a sitting target... We'll need to see him vs someone with a pulse first

Well, based on that review, I'm not very excited about having a big Dong in my future.

I need to stop doing that.

He had trouble with this guy up until the KO. He couldn't land anything. He was slipping his jabs like Pernell Whittaker. Had no problem getting inside and easily slipping his hooks and uppercuts on the inside. Dong is a freakshow but if they can make him respectable they can make a fortune on him in China
