Just looking at allegedly's card for York Hall on 12th June and noticed that our friend Prince Patel is on the card for his second fight. From all accounts I have heard he is not a particularly special fighter so I am sure he will be in with very limited opposition.

Miles Shinkwin and Tony Conquest also on the bill, although no opponents named yet.

I will wait and see who these guys are up against before I decide if I am going to wander down.

Ayling's show, but it's pretty much all Warren fighters on there and he works for Warren so effectively it's a Warren show, although I don't think it's on allegedly.

Ayling has a Promoters licence in his own right and can employ any boxers his wishes to contest on his show so its very much a double A affair (think matchmaker Jason McClory may also be co-promting).

If Prince Patel is as average as people regularly make out and the only money fight for him is Charlie Edwards, you do wonder why the Warren/Patel partnership came about seeing as it makes that bout virtually impossible now?

Which is a little odd given the paucity of domestic action in June.

Costs more to show live than just send the cameras there to record and show a few clips later on Bunces show.

Personally I'd prefer they show anything live but can see why they wouldn't, imagine the slating theyd get for that card better off leaving nothing on.

I bet that is ayling's favourite post of the week - his show is so bad it's better off not being put on telly

Prince Patel seems a nice unassuming young fighter.

Doesn't necessarily make it a bad show, its just a different type of show. I go to plenty of non tv small hall shows that are great shows but I understand they wouldn't work being televised.

As I say I'd love to see them all televised but it really wouldn't be worth the cost for no increase in subscribers and further negative comments.
