According to Garcia a major stumbling block in the Rios v Brook fight is that the british board are planning on banning RX gloves. Anyone know why they would do this especially when they are legal everywhere else?

I heard Everlast gloves were on the list too.

If the fight happened overseas, would brook be allowed to use the gloves then?
