Nice.
Pascal is a waste of tv time anyway.

My automatic filters kicked in & I mentally edited Segura's name out of that article, to maintain my happy equilibrium & to spare me the image of Giovanni's mangled mug.
Viloria's best days must be behind him, but he's what, the 5th or 6th best flyweight in the world? Ioka won't leave Japan, Amnat Ruenroeng is fighting John-Riel Casimiero (damn good fight) soon, I really like Mthalane (sp?) but I can never tell if he's retired or not & no-one ever says "Let's get Estrada & Gonzalez to rematch, their first one was a fornicating good fight & it'd clear up the division..."
Viloria would, imo, be an awesome fight for Chocolatito.

I'm pretty sure Viloria will spend the whole fight constantly on the verge of pulling the trigger, but not quite able to do so.
getting punched repeatedly in the face has a malign effect on most people's trigger-pulling ability.

Roman Gonzalez is the best offensively oriented pound for pound fighter in boxing today. He could be a once in a generation type of talent.

Viloria would be good, but what happened to the idea of Gonzalez/Estrada II? I thought that was the fight HBO had in mind when they decided to start featuring Gonzalez in the first place.

Viloria would be a horrible match up...poor Brian...Segura would be no better, Reveco maybe? I'd like to See Muranaka get a shot but he'd be beaten so quickly by Roman, why not taken out the mandatory (Nawaphon) just to expose his BS record

It's understandable that HBO have swapped Jean Pascal with Roman Gonzalez. He is new to American fight fans so people are curious about him to see we hard-core fans have been talking about him.
