Abraham vs Stieglitz IV for Abe's WBO title - Who wins it ?

They fought before 3 times. Abe won 2 fights by decision and the other fight was won it by Stieglitz via tko.
Abe comes after a UD victory over Paul Smith in their 2nd bout and Stieglitz comes after a draw with Sturm @ 166 c/w.
So, how do you see this fight going ?

I can't honestly stress how much I don't care.

No, it is important to figure out who of them is a bigger joke

Of course, they can't compete with their countryman Braehmer who keeps "defending his title" against utter bums.

Why post then?
Anyway, I like both guys and both are past their best. I think Abraham takes it in a close one again. They've put on some competitive bouts in the past, so no reason to expect less this time out.

Probably after this fight the winner will get Sturm. I can see this trio (Abe-Stieglitz-Sturm) fighting each other till their 40's. They must making good money in Germany.

Indeed. Their fights are exciting for germans.

Also they sell pretty well there in Germany , so why taking a risky-less money route.

Right, poor Germans don't have better choices, so they have to enjoy watching those "champions".

I don't mind this fight at all.
Big fan of Arthur Abraham. A good solid fighter who still draws a crowd in Germany.
I'm going for Abraham in a wide points decision.

Interestingly enough, though of Bosnian descent, Sturm is the only one of the three born in Germany.

Because this is a boxing forum where I comment on boxing. I comment on boxing I find interesting and boxing I don't find interesting. I suppose you go around only commenting on things you find interesting don't you? Except my post of course, that's an exception isn't it? :>

I found your post very interesting!

As I often do, and I'm not being sarcastic. I like your posts. I just find it odd to comment saying you don't care at all...you clearly care enough to comment.

I hope AA wins so its not a tie and they feel the need to go again. Seriously, give someone different a shot

Indeed, but you never know how this fight will end , maybe another close one and then they would have to make part V.

TBH I can't be arsed with this fight again, the other fights were fun and I assume this one will be too but Abraham won convincingly in the rubber match and what happens if Stieglitz manages to win on Saturday, will there be a 5th fight for a decider?
Im expecting Arthur to win again by decision and hopefully put this saga to bed,and then I can look forward to Sturm

Sturm was beaten by Chudinov quite convincingly. I would prefer Abraham fight Chudinov/DeGale/Groves vs Jack winner.

Just think if 'Smigga' had beaten Abraham we could be enjoying Smith v Dodson 3.

So, if Stig wins a UD... it will be 2-2 & Abe will want a fifth fight. Never ending story, unless Abe does the Marquez & knocks him out this time.

If I have to pick, it would be Abe since he is thinking a win will lead to bigger fights. A loss will probably force him to a 5th, which he doesn't want. Abe hasn't linked great recently, so I wouldn't favor him by much.
Ptbf fight? Better ones out there, but this is a hard pick I guess.
