it later turned out that booth had been addicted for some time to a variety of heavy drugs, carck included, and this was to feed his habits. in a statement by his parents they hope that nicky will get the support and help he needs whilst inside to help him beat his addiction

If what you say is right Neil (and I'm not disputing it) surely the BBBoC have to have a more stricter drugs policy. I know Oakey got caught, by surely if Booth was/is an addict he would have been found out.

well this is one of the issues raised by the case.
