I rate Yamanaka number one, he's underrated similar to Uchiyama.
I know of the US publications had Kameda number one probably as he's based there. He was in most publications Top 5.

Which US publications had Kameda at #1?

As for Haskins---McDonnell has a significantly stronger recent record than him and the loss was years ago, immediately after also losing to Chris Edwards. He's clearly improved and it's shown in his results, not to mention that he beat a guy who later knocked out Haskins.
