I've gained more respect for Stuey since his world title loss v Caballero. He was a true warrior in that fight and could hold his head up high.

Hes always a warrior in the ring. Look at the Malinga fight. Let himself down against Butler but now he's got a chance on Matchroom he can get back to World level fights again,certainly McDonnell rematch is a lot easier to make now

I like Hall, he is a talented boxer and gets in terrific shape - it helps that he's not a nob head - he's kept his feet on the floor and deserves any further success he gets.

Has he actually signed with Matchroom? Or is he just getting a fight in on one of their bills?

Think the idea is for him to fight Jamie after the rematch with Kameda. Other option would be to move a weight and fight Quigg, be surprised to see him fight Gavin though.

Yeah just realised what I wrote might be a bit daft. I honestly can't see a Hall v McDonnell rematch tho. McDonnell is going to be making such a fortune from these last two fights (once his rematch gets announced.) After DeGale signed with Haymon, Eddie mentioned that he has another fighter in his stable who might go with Haymon too as the fights he can get him in America are worth so much more and everyone immediately assumed it was Kell Brook. I actually think it was Jamie McDonnell he was referring to. Tomoki Kameda has got some 650k dollars for some of his fights. Surely there can't be many fights on these shores that Jamie can get paid that well for.

Great to see him back in action. He's already at a high level so 1-2nmore fights like that and he'll be back in the mix..

I feel like I'm conducting some kind of one man hate campaign against Stuey Hall. But if this man walks into another big title fight, especially a big pay day against one of our domestic title holders, I'm losing my shit on here.
One points win against a guy with twice as many defeats as he has wins and he's ready to take on the world again

I feel rotten going on like this as he seems a nice bloke and I'm inclined to say "all the best" to him and wish the plucky underdog well, but the man has had golden opportunity after golden opportunity and proven himself, unquestionably, to not be world level, time and time and time again.
Now you want him in against Jamie McDonald or step up to fight Scott Quigg

This place goes nuts when these guys don't take bigger risks and big challenges. So how is it acceptable for them to be fighting Stuey Hall. People are normally demanding they fight the Yamanakas and Rigondeauxs, but now Stuey fornicating Hall will do.

I like Stuey, glad to see he is continuing his career. He may not be world class, but he is tough and rarely in a boring fight.
He has only lost to very good fighters and is always competitive.

I did say Gavin McDonnell to be fair if he were to choose to step up. I definitely don't think he deserves to fight Jamie Mac who as mentioned is expected to have his rematch announced this week.
