Vice Versa.....

We never hear Kovalev pubically calling out Ward or calling him a "Piece of Sh@t" as dangerous as Kovalev is it's funny he doesn't bash Ward

or aggressively call him out.....This is the sign how great a fighter Ward really is. Where even the boogie man doesn't pursue you. I hear

This is a pretty ridiculous comment to make. Ward never verbally agreed to fight Kovalev and then do everything that he could do to make sure they don't meet in the ring. Instead Adonis, fights 3 guys no one has ever heard of with a combined record of 79-12. He's a joke and a POS.

Kovalev has been pretty clear about his goals in boxing. He wants to be the undisputed champion of the light heavy division. Calling out someone in a different weight class was not part of the goal.

I guess i'll never understand the people that criticize Kovalev and GGG and I should stop trying. These two guys are the only boxers trying to fight the best people in their division but they still get criticized for it. I'm not sure what people are looking for out of them. Meanwhile, a POS like Adonis, get's a free walk for facing crap. It's part of the reason that Floyd can take a pathetic fight like this with Berto and it's ok.

You need to start learning to ignore what fighters and their management say.

Fighters are told what to say by their management - after all, that is what managers and agents are paid to do.

Why would he call out someone that is not even in his weight class? Kovalev has said time and time again that he wants all of the belts at light heavy. That's been his goal from the start. He's never mentioned sucking weight to fight a guy that has had 1 fight in 2.5 years and that was against some club fighter that no one even watched. Ward has zero appeal right now for most fighters so that's why no one is calling him out. Ward fought that fight on BET and the ratings didn't even spike a millimeter. It's a joke that Ward wasn't stripped of the title sitting idle for 2 years bickering about a contract that HE SIGNED. Ward thinks that boxing owes him something because he won some Super 6 tournament over a bunch of mediocre fighters (minus Froch who i think was a really good win). But that's it. 1 significant win in hi career and he sits ringside critiquing boxers that are actually fighting. I personally can't wait for someone to put Ward on his backside. i'm hoping that guy is GGG but anyone will do. But who knows when Ward will dawn his trunks again and climb through the ropes. Right now, it seems like he's too busy calling people out knowing the only way they would fight is if the guy lost significant weight and was weakened. He's a joke. That day will come when Ward finally gets into the ring with one of these young hungry guns and no one will remember that he won some stupid mediocre tournament over mediocre fighters. He'll then be back on mic where he belongs and where i think he excels. But put up or shut up Ward. I'm tired of his act. He's getting more like David Haye every day. Calling out people but not taking any fights.
