Can't be any worse than this guy, can there?

0-39, losing 37 of those by KO, 33 of those in the first two rounds. Quite how this is allowed is beyond me.

I heard through the grape vine he is currently penning an "Open letter" to Sam Eggington.

I think this guy is even worse -

0-27, all by KO inside 2 rounds. 22 of those losses in the first round and 5 in the second. 19 guys that KO'ed him had losing records.

I can see it now - Berto pulls out injured, Floyd scrolls through the Boxrec rankings and says “Without a ranked contender what this fight is going to need is a novelty."
History is made when the plucky underdog goes the distance, then goes on to win the rematch.

floyd:"people dont give milan ruso not as much credit as he deserves, he will be my next fight."
ellerbe:"milan is more dangerous than lara, thurman or ggg, he will push the fight and bring floyd to his limits."
haymon:"nobody knows thurman, lara is boring and ggg never sold ppv, but milan, he is the real deal, milan and berto are ppv stars, logic sense, that they will get a shot at floyd, it makes so much sense."

the most surprising thing to me is how soon they fought again after getting stopped,
sometimes only a few weeks later. here in florida if you get stopped it's automatic
30 days (including the gym) and if you go unconscious it's automatic 60 days, and
i'm pretty sure most other states are like that. some of these countries must not
have any laws or rules at all. i would bet that these guys actually make more than
the average decent club fighter though. they not only have no problem finding
opponents and fight as often as they want, but there is probably a bidding war
among promoters of opponents to fight these guys.

Astonishingly, this is a fight listed on his professional record...

Have a look at that video. It's just a shameless exercise in padding other fighter's records and there's no risk in it for them. I doubt he gets paid more than a few dollars.
