Is Jason Pagara a rising prospect at 140?Is he good enough to earn a major title

I think this young philippine fighter can take that next big step.He is a great talent in my eye an beat a few solid fighters like Aaron Herrera,Mario Merez,Rosbel Montoya, and Ramiro Alcaraz.I would love to see this guy fight any top fighter at 140,what do some of u guys think?

No he's not that good. Decent but not that good. I'd like to see him in with Obara if I'm being honest as opposed to a top guy in the division. That'd be two hungry guys each with a lot to gain from fighting and a fair bit to lose.

I would like to Pagara fight Karim Mayfield or Mauricio Herrera,I think that would be a great challenge.He might pull off a win.
