Could International Title fights ever been shortened to 10 rounds?.

some are 10.
international titles are above continental but below intercontinental as far
as rankings go, and the international titles below the major world belts
have 10 rounders pretty often.

I dont know about these days but wasnt the Tunney/Dempsey fights 10 rounders or at least one of them?

I had to check, but it looks like both were 10.

I'll bet theres many famous fights we've forgotten were 10 rounders

Domestically here in the UK area and English,Welsh, Scottish and Northern Ireland title fights are 10 rounders with three judges ringside unless it is a final elimination bout for the British title then it is a 12 rounder.
