why does FrankW and BoxN not pick up some of these lower weight fights to add to their overseas content?

I've been wondering that about Japanese fights since the channel began, a lot of cheap and sometimes very exciting, content out there. Higa vs Kongfah was the type of fight every fan says they want.

Back on topic-,A Kompayak highlight reel would be great, guy has been in some thrillers over his career.

Probably not worth it for what they would have to pay and with the time difference and the unusual scheduling in Asia, with a lot of fights taking place on weekdays, they would be live here at awkward times for people to watch.

...and they'd not be able to show them on tape delay...why?

The Thai ones are typically 8am starts for UK viewers, love Japanese fights are usually early afternoon, the taller delays Japanese stuff (such as the Fuji tv show from this weekend) are shown early evening UK.

They could but with fights being available so quickly on the internet now, showing it on tape delay is a bit of a waste of time when anyone interested can go and find it online, either live or at a time that suits them. allegedly aren't exactly flush with cash and fights from Asia wouldn't bring in any extra subscribers, so it's better for them to put the money towards more domestic shows, or picking up fights from America.

On the other hand it'd have them being able to fill off the dirth when they have some quiet weekends and help keep subscribers...and help them keep the promise of x shows a week. Likely not cost much as the promoter for the Thai shows make most of their money by sponsorship (they are on free TV and often give tickets away)

always wondered that... fightklub in russia... fightklup in poland... allegedly... fightnetwork... combate in brazil... these asian cards would not cost much to show live and delayed throughout the day... they have about 2 cards during weekdays in thailand... pretty nice filler with KOs... which fans like...
