Well-known fighters that make noise when they punch

Here in South Korea, the referees are very quick to stop the action and give warnings to fighters for making noises while punching.
I've seen these warnings given before, as a spectator, but last week I saw it from the corner as it impacted one of MY boxers.
I would like to plead my case to the KBC (Korea Boxing Commission) that it should not be against the rules for a fighter to make a noise when a punch is thrown.
I would also like to give examples of internationally-known boxers that make noises while they punch.
Who comes to mind?
I remember Juan Diaz making noises when firing shots against Paulie Malinaggi.
By the way, I just opened a gym here in South Korea two months ago. Please check it out on Facebook and give a "like"!

I remember Edwin Valero making a little growl, like an animal when he threw punches in the Demarco fight. Reminded me of a Tasmanian devil. And he fought with his mouth open. Just watching it now and I'm right
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jrZk0YFNqJU
check it it's subtle but it's there. Damn he was such a great fighter to watch... He definitely brought it. Obviously, in hindsight, there was a reason for that. I forgot how much I liked him. Anybody CS people who weren't into boxing when he was around should check this fight out. Such a shame he was mad and people had to die. Boxing immediately became that bit less interesting when he died. His poor family.

For all of the people who don't like it, you must not have boxed. Many boxers do it as it helps them to get all of their power in the punch. They do it on the heavybag so it becomes reflex when they are in the ring. It's like karate guys saying whatever the feck they say when breaking crap like bricks. "Yaaa"

Thanks for all the replies.
I think I'll just try to get my fighter to keep the noise down. Honestly, it's pretty loud :)

There was a kiddy working the bag opposite me at the gym the other day
I suspect in his own mind he was really 'going hard and heavy', with sound effects to match. Think walrus repeatedly hit with a 100lb rock.
To the outside observer, however, his mouth was making much more noise than his hands were, as he was chucking what he probably termed 'power combos' at a largely-unmoving bag.
I think the phrase about empty vessels making the most noise is probably apt, here.

Great replies

I agree, think it is a bit of a mental thing, people making a racket so they think there's more power in the punch - I don't buy the myth that it does though. Used to have to 'kiai' in karate and found it silly, why would anyone do it voluntarily in boxing?
I echo Datsue's thoughts, good luck with the gym!

Yeah but he's Troy MF'in Dorsey, dude was willing, nay happy even to eat 1100 punches to the face just to throw 1300.
He could make noises like an orgasming female dolphin with every punch, he'd get a pass from me.

Wigwam, yes I think there's quite a strong correlation between mediocrity or ignorance and decibel level, here, and, like, the noises are some kind of unconscious distractor, or inflator, or something.
Mind, I think ignorance to blame in the case.of the kiddy- well, fat 22 year old- at my gym. Bless his heart I really think he was trying to advertise to everyone just how 'hard and heavy' he was going. Like, oooooh check out Mr Intensity over there.
