Of the people who defeated Andre Berto, whose win was the most impressive?
I'd say Jesus Soto Karass. Who do you think?

Compare the 12th round of this fight to the 12th round of Berto-Mayweather.

Didn't see the Floyd fight yet, probably never watch it.
I'd go with Ortiz.
Guerrero was allowed to mug Berto, but Berto was warned every time he landed a punch.
Soto Karass fought an injured fighter.

Probably go with Guerrero.
Floyd won pretty much every round but Berto already being a limited fighter couldn't really do much with the consistent clinching and a bought ref. All things considered he was reduced to swinging for the fences and actually made something of a fight of it.
Guerrero on the other hand was agressive early, he roughhoused Berto, made him his bitch, knocked him down twice and made a mess of his eye.
In 3 world title fights, Ortiz, Guerrero & Floyd, Berto has came up short. I really don't rate the guy much but I think if he puts his mind to it, he does have the potential to be a worthy Welterweight contender and wouldn't mind seeing a motivated Berto fight Khan, Thurman or Brook.

Guerrero got away with one of the most blatant holding and hitting knockdowns in boxing history.
He also leaned his head on Berto's chest (and head), the only available punch is a punch to the side of the head that most referees allow in that situation. I'm not saying that Guerrero wouldn't have won, but the fight seemed to take place outside the rules of boxing.

Clearly, Floyd had a much easier time with Berto than any of the others. Berto gave all those other guys a good fight and was able to put some punishment on all of them, but he hardly landed anything notable on FMJ and never gained any momentum in the fight. So in that sense, Floyd had the most impressive performance.
The most impressive fight to watch was with Ortiz. That was a classic where both men put each other through hell.
I guess Karass' win was pretty impressive since he was a big underdog, so I can see that argument.

Brut/KBB is back already.
Did apply for a TUE in order to bypass your ban?

So what is the point of this thread? Just another way to take a shot at Floyd I guess. The funny thing is no one cares. Go ahead with your stupidity though....you may convince an idiot or two that Karass is better than Floyd according to your poll.

Soto Karass has far more courage.
He obviously has less boxing ability, but he's certainly more of a ring warrior than Floyd.

Floyd lost to a guy that was dominated by Devon Alexander. That doesn't mean people believe Devon Alexander or SotoKarass is a superior boxer than Floyd, it just highlights how unimpressive and predictable the Floyd clinch/run/bayless/moretti formula has been. Pretty much the exact same formula applied to each of his 6 showtime fights.
