Has there ever been a dwarf pro boxer?

Someone else posted about Sugar Ray Robinson and that he had a pet dwarf in his entourage.
And I got me thinking....has there ever been a Dwarf who's boxed pro? Technically if a dwarf passed the medical they sure would have to give him a licence.... Obviously if there has, he would most likely box in one of the lower weight divisions.
Or even a licensed amateur?

Great research. Never saw that story. I noticed his promoter was set to be Frank / Kellie Maloney. Given Kellie's recent transformation, it would be a freakish promotion now! Not to mention double history being made

Not "pro" but this was on a Joseph Parker under-card on pay TV in New Zealand, and was fought as part of charity

It's not brilliant at all. It's blatant dwarfism
