Er with his comments about Germans and Jews, does he realise that Wladimir is Ukrainian not German? And also suffered against the Germans in WW2

I think he's right when he says that Tyson will be there to fight on the 24th - the question is will it be enough? Klitschko is also a mature man now. 10 years ago I think someone like Tyson could have spooked him a bit, but he's no puppy-dog himself now.

I'd prefer it if they left Peter to do the talking if I'm honest. John seems a genuine guy and bet he'd be sound to go down the pub with but Peters far more articulate.

The best part if he wins is that hopefully HBO give him a 24/7.

I also think Whyte and Chisora and many others would have no problem taking their shirt off in the middle of a field and having a tear up. I know its probably hyperbole but does he really think that nobody has it as hard as travellers do? From what many allude to, Tyson was hardly raised in squalor and forced to fight for his family. The Fury's have plenty of dough and assets. I suspect Tyson's upbringing was pretty comfy.

Travellers do get a lot of stick though, they are one of the last few ethnic minorities it's deemed acceptable to slag off.

Whether anyone would want to have a fight in a field and potentially get their eyes gouged out or mouth ripped open by an ultra violent traveller is of no consequence. Boxing is a sport and has moved on from that thankfully.

Police are not going to waste there time chasing travelers or vagrants for silly parking fines council tax and other such rubbish ,, they catch them order them to pay , and then if they don't , sooner or later its got to be jail , then you have to support them feed them ect ect ,, and they don't care jail does'nt bother them

No they will push to punish your law abiding average joe blo , who has a morgage and does'nt want to lose his house , or job and familly for 6 months .

There'll be council tax being paid on those caravans, I would almost guarantee it. Councils LOVE cash. You put anything more sturdy than a tent down inside a field and stay there long enough and someone will be out to visit you with a nice bill for your dwelling.
Police stuff, speeding transit vans, 14yr olds at the wheel - I agree, the Police are lilly-livered and yella-bellied for sure there, a real disgrace to the communities they serve on that score.

The below article this comes from is 10 years old now. The issue of police referred to above reminds me of when I was in school. My classroom was a mix of people from council and paid for houses. I was from one of the better backgrounds - if I was asked to produce my homework and didn't have it done, regardless of the quality of my excuse, I'd be put straight onto detention after school - then the teacher would come to one of the guys from a troubled background whose parents were known not to care much - they'd ask him for his homework and he'd tell them to fornicate off and they'd simply move onto the next person, no punishment whatsoever.

I doubt there's any bluff going on. Mind games don't work on Wlad. He's a pro and will turn up ready.

I think Peter will have a very tough job motivating Fury for this one. Might sound crazy, but I think Fury knows he's up against it and may feel that regardless of his performance he's unlikely to win and will get paid the same whether he trains hard or not.

Would be a lot easier cashing his cheque after a KO defeat knowing he wasn't fully committed in training than it would after training his heart out.

I have a feeling Fury won't do himself any justice at all in the fight and will be finished inside the first few rounds.

I remember him training for Haye the first time! he seemed and looked loads fitter? I Hope he has trained though and is not just cashing in!

With all that 'history' going back '300' years. How did John ever lose a boxing match? Amazing. Can't believe it.

John would be a nightmare in a pub. His long jail stint came from an argument over a bottle of beer. A decade earlier...

There are a few mixed messages coming through on those iFL interviews with Peter & John Fury.

I love the Fury's they are all in their own way excellent value and great for boxing although Peter is the only one who consistently talks sense. For the entertainment value alone I hope Tyson and Hughie have long successful careers.

I know a few Jews going over for it so maybe he's onto something
