I live in North Tazewell, VA, about 45 minutes from Beckley. Have to disagree about Small being the best in history from WVA, perhaps "Fighting" Bob Martin, or Oscar Gardner, who originally was from Omaha, but I believe that he settled in Wheeling for a number of years.
