Rees vs Muya.

Excellent performance from Rees whoose done something that 3 of the top Lightweights failed to do. However, how much did those 3 defeats take out of Muya. Cannot fault Rees, who moved well and looked sharp.

Doherty vs Kirk.

That was more like the Doherty who was the best Welsh amateur in the last few years. One thing I did notice was that he looked very tired in the fourth round, hands were starting to drop and his handspeed was starting to slow down - that was an alarming sign for the future.

He still looks a little too chunky for the weight and I'm sure he could make Light Welter. I think he needs to work on his foot speed, but really he is a class pressure fighter with excellent body movement and punch timing.

Macrinnelli vs Abdoul.

Boring contest, just about stayed awake. Can't say I was overly impressed Enzo couldn't unlock Abdoul and showed little variation, seemed content with boring the crowd. Abdoul was very durable and awkard and I'm sure Enzo will learn from this. I'm still not convinced about Enzo's jab.

Pryce vs Jones.

We didn't get much, Pryce looked okay but had a shaky moment which is alarming given the ranking difference between the two.

McCoy thought much the same thing about Enzos fight, you know that you are bored with the fight when you are more focused on Micky Vann doing the white man moonwalk!

It was obvious that Enzo would win this fight in a canter, we NEED to see more competitive fights on SKY thats for sure

Pretty much agree with your thoughts Stu.

Funny that SKY have been building up Enzo and his power all week, and he get's in the ring tonight, and doesn't even make this guy flinch - He hit him with some good shot's as well.

One other thought: This was never a top of the bill fight. It is getting a bit depressing seeing this sort of learning fight being classed as 'world' title action, and topping bills.

Funny that, I was thinking the same thing when I saw his jab on ringside. When he was jabbing the air with Johnny Nelson looking on, I wasn't at all impressed.

Didn't Crappa just say he thought he was the hardest punching cruiser in the world wat aload of crap, he just made no impact on the number 73 Lightheavyweight in the world. All this talk baout Crappas power is a joke all his first 10 kOs were not in any kind of class SN typically building up fighters with poor opponents to make em look better than they are. Crappa has a very poor jab, hasn't got good feet, any laterall movement at all, and a poor variety of shots and a limited boxing brain , no reverse gears all his got is a decent punch,But this performance really shows how good he is. 8 rounds with delaney isn't exactley sparkling performance and it didn't say alot for his power that he couldn't get him out of there comprhensivly. On the other hand Rees looked like an improved opperator at lightweight would make a good match for Cook, much to much for Phillips, Earl and the likes.

Yes mate, very accomplished performance, was a class above his opponent, who should have probably been stopped as he took a lot of punishment. I'll be doing a report later today just got back from Wales

How can you make that presumption from just watching 2 rounds of him in action?

I for one thought that the fight was stopped very prematurely, and I didn't see enough of Rees to determine his true credentials at Lightweight.

Coz he moves his fu<kin head got inside threw combinations ahd enough power to hurt him and put him down twice and looked very comfortable out there.The fact that he made the job so much easier than u and Kevin Bennet sugest he maybe in a diffrent class but hois alround ability is fairly obvous to see.
