Green V Mundine in 2016 getting Likely

I now this is a subject that has been done to death but it is looking like a realistic possibility for next year.
The weight is something that mundine fans keep bringing up as the major stumbling block for the fight to go ahead but below is a comment from Mundine suggesting that LT heavy would be a fair weight for the fight to go ahead.

“He’s an option. Don’t get me wrong, he’s an option. Obviously it’s a massive payday. But the guy is fighting at cruiserweight, at a catchweight of 83, 84kg. And I’m fighting at 69.85kg. That’s nearly 15kg. In boxing that’s a lot,” Mundine said.
Asked what would be a fair catchweight, Mundine responded: “I dunno, that’s something I’d have to talk to my team about. I think light heavyweight would be fair.”

Does this mean that Mundine is admitting he is happy to fight at light heavy? sounds like it. I cant see why green couldn't make light heavy...
I would like to see both guys get themselves well prepared and just friggin fight each other. the longer the wait goes on the less entertaining this fight will be. whether your a green fan or a mundine fan im sure you are as sick of waiting as I am.

The fight is almost done deal, according to my Mum's sms from Dudley Park cemetery, where she peacefully lived since 1993

I think its far from done but its closer than it has been in a long time. At least they are both talking about it publicly.

Apparently not. Green according to some on this board has many facebook friends apparently(half the population of Perth too it seems). So though it will be a stinker of a fight many want to see it. This you-tube clip sums up my thoughts on a Green-Mundine rematch.
