Gerlecki is a decent fighter. He started his pro career with a TTR KO of the Year contender in 2013.

He applies pressure from the bounbary of the pocket behind a good jab and picks apart his opponent mixing well to the body.

He has a tendency to hang in the pocket and over commit a little but so far has been too effective offensively to pay the price.

Geard is a solid gatekeeper. Very durable. Against more vulnerable opposition, he can be very efficient.

He had a stretch of wins including very good ones that started in 2013 with one upset a polish prospect in opalach. Also in that stretch, a controversial loss to Harry Simon, an upset of Uzelkov and 2 very close decision losses to De Carolis & Dilmurod on their home turf... Safe to say his losses during that period could all be wins... That version of Geard could almost be considered a fav vs Gerlecki if the fight was on neutral grounds.
But Geard loss his last 3 in a 40 day period... Hasn't won many rounds which indicate the run of bad luck/decisions might be starting to affect him mentally... A win vs gerlecki would get him back to a solid gatekeeper status.
