i read these 2 where gonning to fight on12th december ,is Shawn porter the only welter weight with balls to fight fighters with reputations

been constant talks about it but I think Thurman keeps avoiding it, isn't the first time hes done this either. I like the guy but he must have no confidence in himself to dodge all of these guys, only if everyone had the balls like porter.

Time to Man up Thurman!

For the record on Porter, he was beaten by Brook, in a close fight, and drew one time with Diaz, so I would hesitate that he is a monster or anything. I think him vs Thurman is a pretty even fight, and an interesting contrast in styles. I do credit Porter for yearning for the tough fights though. Thurman? Maybe Khan was right, he is sometimes instead of one time Thurman. Maybe we have to embarrass him to get him to fight?

I think Porter is pretty good, I still believe he did win the Brook fight by 2-3 rounds, has a really good work rate and will defo score rounds off thurman, he gets quite reckless sometimes and if he does Thurman will finish him pretty quick. I still pick Thurman to win but he has showed signs of being hurt badly in his last fight when he took a body shot, ran away for the rest of the fight til the guy gave up, so I do think it's a good match up it will be Thurmans only test so far.
