Anyone know when Zoda will fight again? I really want to see more from this guy, He seems to have AMAZING potential.

I've not heard anything yet, though I know some one with good links to his team. Suspect if anything is spoken about the guy will be in touch.
The guy in question was raving about him about a year a go and he was so happy when Zoda stopped Petchchorhae in their rematch.

According to an Indonesian paper he has been training with Yordan ahead of a scheduled November bout for Daud.

Not the most welcome of news but still something-

Daud Yordan was supposed to fight Josh King in but King got a better offer to face Ricky Burns so that fell through. Nothing scheduled for Daud at the moment.

Iwan Zoda and Defry Palulu were supposed to fight on the Daud Yordan undercard but now they are without fights as well. They will try to organize something for Iwan in his home region of West Kalimantan.

Sadly TVRI have pulled out of their weekly televised shows so Indonesian boxing is again looking in a shambles. Real shame that Zoda, Palulu, Yordan and Monabesa haven't been able to get the backing needed to actually get the boxing scene back on track.

Hopefully some promoter from Thailand, Japan or Korea (AK Promotions maybe) give them a call and give them some backing. A country the size of Indonesia has the potential to be a major player in the Asian scene but only if the guys are actually given some support.
