What the hell. Will he ever learn?

Roy was to fight him. But with Tarver's positive test he had to bypass Tarver and fight Enzo instead.

Yeah it makes you wonder just how awesome the rest of the world would be if they only knew about PED's. But that's strictly an American thing...

At the highest level athletes from around the world use drugs. Tarver is a 46 year old man, and anyone that thought he wasn't on the juice was kidding themselves the whole time. Floyd and Ward didn't need trash to be the best though, eh?

I have no clue who Ward is, but probably another babyleague fighter, Floyd did use trash, not sure about the other American you're talking about, since Floyd got cought he suddenly retired. A bit like Lance Armstrong, who retired as soon as he feld people where about to catch him.
Later he came back and got cought anyway, he never regretted cheating, he only regretted getting cought by his comeback.
I guess it's part of the culture there.

I guess the Russians didn't know it when they were just busted for the London Olympics.
Or Vitali when he was busted and had to be replaced by Wlad in the Olympics.
Germans Kornelia Ender or Petra Thümer
Canadian sprinter Ben Johnson,
Blagoi Blagoev Romania
Zbigniew Kaczmarek Poland
Arne Norrback Sweeden
Peter Pavlasek Czechoslovakia
Vésteinn Hafsteinsson Switzerland
Mahmud Tarha Lebanon
Alexander Watson Australia
I CAN LIST HUNDREDS OF ATHLETES FROM AROUND THE WORLD WHO HAVE FAILED TESTS.
This problem is world wide and only a dumb ass would think otherwise.

Damn I didn't know they were all Americans.WTF?

Never heard of Andre Ward? Well that sounds about right compared to the rest of the drivel you've espoused

Since you have the keen ability to judge a culture based off of a few athletes let's hear where you're from so we can list a few drug users, eh?

Isn't knee issues a sign of using PEDs ?

Don't forget the most obvious sign of PED use there is; being American. I had a buddy from Glasgow who started juicing and one day he woke up with horrible cravings for a Big Mac and couldn't stop asking if "y'all guys think Kate Upton is the hottest chick around?". Poor guy lost his passport and everything.

I'm from the Netherlands, as far as I know the only drugsusers are tourists and one cyclist who's hated so much that he left the country and lives in another one nowadays.
Very maybe there are some people from other countrys that use drugs that we allowed to live in our countrys sadly.

It's far worse in America as in any other place on the world and TBH, from that entire list I only know Vitali and he even said there were steroids in his body before he was actually was cought.
The reason for that was because he was injured, when very tall or old persons are injured it takes a long time to recover, steroids help to speed this up. His doctor didn't know he was an Olympic at the time and really injected it to him thinking he was doing a good job recovering him.
Vitali, who used to be a kickboxer at the time, realised this too late and told his trainer he had steroids in his body even before he was actually cought.
Later they tested him and he was right.

A story like that is a totally differend story as bribe the testers, use some stuff to cover PED use up, things like that.

I read above about guys saying it's bad for your knees and stuff like that, me for example really didn't know that, in my area nobody uses such stuff and nobody knows what they are talking about when they talk about it.

And guess what? The Dutch used to be the tallest people in the entire world before the mass integration.

I just checked out some of the names you named:
Kornelia Ender wow, really? 1976? And she didn't even know she was drugged at all and she still doesn't know what kind of drugs it actually was?
Petra Thümer again 1976? You realise that's allmost 40 years ago right? At a time Germany was still splitted by the Berlin wall lol.
Ben Johnson, again at a time I wasn't even born, and Jamaica, where was that country known for again... Nice catch though.
Blagoi Blagoev, 1976 again, I've never heard of the guy, but I just readed he's in prison for 15 years for having drugs.
Zbigniew Kaczmarek 1976 again, I have no clue why everybody you name is banned around 1976 Olympics, but let's get real, these guys were born around the second world war. They were expected to die within 40 years, many soldiers used drugs at the time, to perform till they died.
To fight, to shoot, to stay awake and alert, you could die every minit at the time.

Have you ever seen "the band of brothers"?
It's 2015 mate, not 1976 or something.
Now it also starts making sense I've never heard of any of these lads.

His posts are out there but he is 100% on the money that the USA is the PED use capital of the world by some distance. Not just in competitive sports but amongst the general population. Far more ingrained in the culture there than anywhere else because of the rampant egotism.

Good arguments you got there mate, good examples, nice numbers, nice facts, also very relevant, very up to date, it's really the whole package you're writing down there lol.
Most of the sporters you're name could have been Tarvers father and Tarver is already considered as very old.
Just like Ortiz, Roy Jones Jr, Fernando Vargas, Lamont Peterson, Andre Berto, Brandon Ríos, Tony Thompson...
Shane Mosley, Shannon Briggs, Jameel McCline, Evander Holyfield, James Toney, Floyd Mayweather, but oke well let's give these guys the benefit of the doubt right?

Let's get real, the Americans and Mexicans are by distance the most drugsusing boxers out there, especially in the higher ranks.
That's no offence, that's just the way it is.
