I'm no Adonis, I struggle to lift balloons. But I know terrible technique when I see it.

What is wrong with the technique in your opinion?

He did one set too heavy and had a piss poor final rep on that set and the final one on the next set was not perfect but the rest were acceptable. Tricep extensions and he was extending the triceps

Didn't watch the video as an advert started and I'm not into that shit.

Everyone is an expert on weight training form. Fact.

P.s. Toby can't deadlift for toffee.

Yeah it's not great, too much use of shoulders and momentum. Hughie's is pretty good though, isolating the triceps.

What's wrong with chopping wood in the cold russian wilderness and banging a hammer off a big old tractor tyre.

Bunch of pansies these days sticking to gyms and treadmills. Drago was like that but as soon as someone stood up to him, he couldn't pass his gut check

I think that fury is so tall and gangly, he just looks a bit awkward in everything he does tbh

There's something in that. As I've posted in the past, to be really 'strong' in the powerlifting sense Fury would need to be at least 30 stone, given his height and lever length and even then he'd be ordinary. Which, among many other reasons, is probably why he's not a powerlifter or bodybuilder. Boxers shouldn't really be spending time doing isolation work anyway, unless it's for prehab/rehab.

He's an absolute model for a shoulder injury messing in the gym like that.
