Triple G is too badass to be a Brit, it's Tim Bradley for me. He's a class act and I root for him anyway but it'd be great if he was home grown.

I'd say overall Bradley is one of the easiest boxers in the world to like as a person so that's a good call.

It's a two for one deal and basically would mean the UK had dominated the greatest division for over 2 decades

Some of the current scene can't handle the fact europe has dominated the heavyweights, imagine the UK had single handidly dominated it with Lewis then the Klitschkos

They would need to change their names to Norman and Gary though

This comment has made me think. Burns is on his way out which would leave no Scottish boxers in Horse's coveted top 30. Are there many pushing for a place?

Are we not supposed to support a boxer if they are not british, or is just that we are not supposed to support them as much?

Whats the limit of support i can show for a non-brit boxer, can i shout at the screen to spur them on, or do i remain tight lipped and nod nonchalantly in approval, true brit style?

For most, there's an extra sense of pride seeing success from your own country or even better, your home town/city/area. Nothing wrong with that at all.

Personally I wish some of my favourite fighters were British purely so I could afford to watch them fight more often.
