Agreed to some degree....AND to the blind, he was never even struck.....and his body did not recoil down to his feet from the hit he did (not) receive.



The strike that he did absorb I would agree is not the entire story. But it does make the discussion damn complicated for the purist conspiracy lovers.

He took a punch, you can see that. He just didn't take a punch that would've kept him down for the 10 count. He gets up on his hands, and does the worst acting job I've ever seen of rolling over, and pretending he just can't get to his feet. Because he didn't hear the referee say 10 yet.

Bullsh1t. How in the blue hell do you know if the punch would have kept him down? Because you watched it on YouTube? Have you ever been hit with a right that you didn't see coming by one of the best boxers ever, in his prime? Hmmmm, thought not.

I've watched that footage time and time again. Slow Motion, Real Time, The works. It's not the punch that didn't look decent, it's the reaction of Liston on the canvas that is obviously fake.

Liston had been hit with dozens upon dozens of harder shots than that, and never batted an eye. That punch was not enough to put him down for the count, and anyone that's not kidding themselves can see that.

I didn't say it was a next to nothing shot. I believe it had sufficient force to cause a knockdown. Not enough force to cause a guy with a reputably sturdy chin like Liston to stay down for the count.

I will explain this one more time.
