The common denominator between the two is that both fought Hunter Sam in their recent bouts.
Solo outpointed Hunter, breaking his jaw in the process, whilst Bowie won a split decision over Hunter.
Bowie barely raised a sweat in being ko'ed by Joseph Parker in just over a minute in his last outing, so the money would be on Solo if the two met, with a stoppage inside five the likely result.

Solo the likely winner I would think.

This though Solo seems hot and cold regarding boxing Tupou could pull off the upset if he turns up unmotivated and content to just go through the motions.
