No change other than Stiverne down to #14 (though ironically Rossy is probably one of the best three fighters he's beaten)

Funnily enough, this actually isn't possible, because Scott and Teper currently share the #12 ranking. If you want Stiverne ahead of them, he must be demoted to #11. If you want him rated equally with them, then he will be #11=. If you want him rated below them, then he's #13.
That said, there's actually no need to change your vote, it's perfectly acceptable as-is, just thought I'd point this out.

Is that a real vote? I can accept it as a vote, except the Hughie Fury bit.

I'm guessing you noted the sarcasm in it.
Please discard as nonsense.
I'd keep Povetkin no1
Stiverne to 10
The other 2 stay unranked (as does Hughie)

What are these rankings based on?
AJ should be much much higher in my opinion, Joseph Parker isn't even ranked?
Chisora? Isn't that the guy who recently won on points against Marcelo Luiz Nascimento who lost on KO withing 2 rounds against Dillian Whyte?
What on earth did he do to deserve a rank in the top 15? Or 15? 11 even!
I'm sorry, but I really struggle to take this list serious actually.
My personal list is something like this:
1 Klitschko
2 Povetkin
3 Kubrat Pulev
4 Ruslan Chagaev
5 Anthony Joshua
6 Joseph Parker
7 Bryant Jennings
8 Tyson Fury
9 Deontay Wilder
10 Carlos Takam
11 Alexander Ustinov
12 Vyacheslav Glazkov
13 Lucas Browne
14 Erkan Teper
15 Arthur Szpilka
And Teper might soon get kicked out by Robert Helenius actually.

Obviously you realise I can't accept that as a vote.
These rankings are based on the votes of the members of the BoxRec forums. People can choose to vote based on whatever criteria they like, but a fighters ranking is only up for vote immediately after they fight. If you don't agree about the ranking of a particular fighter, you have to wait until they next fight to do something about it. While our list isn't perfect, I think it's better than the rankings from any of the ABC organizations, better than the official BoxRec rankings and certainly better than your list.
Joshua's best opponent is someone Chisora has also stopped. Chisora has also beaten Malik Scott, got robbed against Helenius and gave Vitali Klitschko the most competitive fight of the second part of his career.
What justification do you have for having Chagaev so high?
Parker is impressive, I may even have to make a topic based on his win over Kali Meehan, I don't think he'd be out of place in the lower end of the rankings.

"Ok guys, we have this system, and I need your votes on these particular issues, that way everyone gets heard. Please do not post your own list, that won't count, that's not how this works. We have to vote within our system, or else it makes no sense.
-"HERE'S MY LIST!!!!! THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE!! I DON'T UNDERSTAND A VOTING SYSTEM, AND MY MITTENS ARE PINNED TO MY JACKET ALL YEAR LONG!!!"
Every. Fvcking. Time.

If that's true Stiverne should only be ranked higher after his last win.

So the last impressive thing Chisora did was over two years ago, and let's get real, Malik Scott, he was good, but he sold a match to Wilder later on.
I'm not impressed by him, I expect him to lose within 3 rounds against Anthony Joshua actually.
I've seen Teper boxing, and it wasn't impressive, at all, Stiverne, same story, Cunningham is a good boxer, but only 205 ish pounds, a boxer that scored most of his points in a differend weightdivision. Also, another example of the leveldifference between Europe and America.
Glazkov, a good boxer, but he was a bit on the lucky side in quite a few matches, he's also a bit on the small side for a heavyweight.

I like these rankings unlike those of fight news where Andy Ruiz is top 10

A: no changes.
B: no changes.
I usually give activity points on wins but not this time. I still don't like to drop fighters when they win. Let the others pass him with wins of their own :geek2:

Beating a journeyman is not an accomplishment for a top 10 fighter. And the fact that this is his only win for nearly a year reduces him in my estimation.
