My opinion has shifted several times the fight is so close BUT if I had to be a betting man Cotto will take it on points! Canelo is young and a force
of nature but Cotto is more methodical and this will be the telling of this story. Cotto is more methodical.....

Canelo's punches
will graze the back of Cotto's shoulder and back!

Cotto was able to very well against Margarito who is a full strong outright pressure
fighter that never stops throwing Cotto outboxed him methodically. Canelo will lose a competitive but decisive fight THEN will he will come back
in March and take the belt away from Charlo! Canelo is going to beat up Charlo in 2016!

Canelo will have at least one pocket judge. Cotto will need to win at least 8 rounds to get a decision.

Cotto is an established fighter he can definitely take a decision.
Ppl are under false beliefs that Canelo is always backed by judges shiit ppl use to say the same about DLH yet he got robbed twice against Tito and Mosley II.
Canelo will have to really win to get the win.

I was thinking wow did this guy really just compare welterweight Margarito to Canelo in terms of power and attack...then I realized who posted it and realized it was just trolling.
Move along nothing to see here.

Vegas needs a Floyd replacement and quickly and a win tonight would put one cheek in that seat for Canelo. That's why i'm really worried about the scoring in this one. Vegas stands to gain nothing by a Cotto win as he's got a few fights left. Canelo's only 25 and has a huge fan base as it is. Let's also face the facts here..Canelo is the whitest Mexican boxer we've ever seen which makes him that white Rhino, that unique diamond in the rough. He's a marketing dream as he can appeal to a multitude of cultures. Sure it's shady to discuss due to insensitivities and racism and i'm aware the view may offend someone and be controversial but it's true. Promoters are constantly looking to profit off of the boxer's nationality, color or creed. So why is it offensive to discuss it then?
Canelo's already been given two gift decisions against Lara and Trout so i'm really apprehensive about this one

First off Canelo trout was a clear win for Canelo and the Lara fight could have gone either way and this is coming from a bigger Lara fan.
With that said im leaning towards Cotto taking a well deserved decision.
Again people are just under false beliefs that Canelo gets huge favoritism.
That's bs what it is sometimes is just horrible scoring.

We'll see I'll have the last laugh for sure Cotto has a higher ring IQ. It's a great reason why Cotto for the last TEN YEARS has been the 3rd guy
in the sport along with Mayweather and Pac. Canelo got shut out by Mayweather and many feel lost to Trout but all of the sudden he knocks out
the rejuvenated Miguel Cotto. I'm winning some money tonight late in the fight Canelo will lose his cool and be out of his element. Cotto is way
too smart for Canelo.

I'm waiting to hear the excuses for Canelo....
