If it goes to a decision, I would think Norton would get the nod.

Razor can sure punch I remember what Tyson said about the Mule and his Kick I know Norton has been Ko'd before in devastating fashion
but in my opinion the cream almost always rises to the top I see Norton climbing of the canvas early in the fight and survive a few rocky moment's
before Razor starts to feel the early pace he initiated and by round 10 Norton finds his groove starts to outbox Razor to win a Close but Un Dec

Norton withstand's the early barrage from Razor.............Norton has Razor out on his feet in the 12th and final round and wins a hard fought un decision
