hope you had good time in Benidorm mate! Think chris will let me go out their to train before fights
Need to be more serious with what i take in AFTER the weigh in. (fluids) my fitness was good as i think it was a fast pace i set? needed to just take the round instead of trying to take his head off early on! as i proved i was capable of out boxing him. definatly learned alot from that fightLoftgroov wrote:Dale, just watched the fight between you & Booth again recently.
With respect, you didn't look in the best condition stood there in the pre-fight intro. In Hindsight, could you have trained harder perhaps? Thought you could have looked more "cut".
Not questioning your training regime as such, just curious really.
