In today's day and age if you can't crack the top 15 by either the WBC/WBA/WBO/IBF by the time you'v had 20 or so fight's you probably need
to have a very close look at who is steering your career [promoter/manager/trainer] or admit you are in the wrong profession

Ok what is it with the IBF not rating so many spots. I don't get it . 1 and 2 not rated even rating a 1 and no 2. Is it about money, i thought IBF were a more honest org than WBA\WBC.

IBF leaves #1 & at times #2 vacant for
official eliminators, which generates sanction $$$$$
I remember Ranee Ganoy at the time #9 or 10 vs Fernando Angulo around #6 - Dec 5, 2008
IBF Lightweight Title Eliminator for the Vacant #2 Spot
Winner Angulo came in overweight, but was still elevated to it
I considered that con act of the year
