APB Boxing on Fury-Klitschko undercard?

According this press release, APB (AIBA Pro Boxing) will have two fighters box on the Klitschko-Fury undercard: http://www.aibaproboxing.com/2015/11/26 ... ury-event/
BOXREC does not consider APB fights as professional despite the fact that the boxers are paid and the fights are fought and scored in an identical manner to "real" professional fights. There are even a dozen "professional" boxers who fight in APB but that didn't matter for the editors - none of those fights are in the database.
The supposed justification was that APB fights were fought within a restricted organization - no APB fighters could fight anyone outside of APB. However, now we have two APB fighters fighting on a professional undercard. It seems very logical that soon you will have APB fighters fighting non-AIBA affiliated fighters. AIBA will not be able to dominate professional boxing as is their goal if they restrict their APB banner to amateurs and hand-full of unknown "former professionals"
What will it take for BOXREC to start considering APB fights as professional? What criteria does BOXREC employ when deciding what constitutes a professional fight?
