Not familiar with him. But was able to find this:

Paul was born in London but moved to Mosman three years ago. He is training under the tutelage of Adam Watts, a former Commonwealth champion. Works as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. He teaches boxing classes at the P.C.Y.C. in North Sydney and at Training Grounds Gym in Crow’s Nest.

Upcoming bout with Daniel Jones will tell a better story on where hes at. Looks a decent prospect all the same.

Watched his debut fight a while ago. He didn't seem anything special, with exception to having heavy hands. He seems to have slimmed down a bit since then. Perhaps putting more work in the gym. Respect to him regardless.
