It's not easy to get into Russia these days so he had to receive an invite from someone with power in order to just be able to get in there that easily.

rjj didn't give up his us citizenship and is not living in russia full time so he still
has to pay u.s. income tax on what he makes, but can deduct whatever he pays
in russia. rjj got russian citizenship for reasons other than taxes
