Also, what happened to Frenkel? He never fought again

Sure I've read Frenkel suffered from depression and other mental issues. Shame as I think he was only 25 when he beat Enzo and looked like he could hang with the top guys.

Thought Enzo was winning that fight comfortably up until the wicked left hook mind

Enzo has one of the biggest set of stones British boxing has seen,he could have been forgiving for taking the Amir Khan route by avoiding all noted punchers in his division but chose to take on all comers

The ref for the Frankel fight should have been charged with ABH. Total disgrace.

Lenny daws deserved to be DQ he went in with his head as he was throwing a punch (trying to disguise the headbutt). Sorry but the guy couldnt even see the blood was rushing that much into his eyes. The ref was bad but he made the right call on the DQ

Looked a complete accident from where i was sat,you do know fighters are meant to step in with their punches?

Yep you said it right,with punches not heads,his head hit before his punch so case closed DQed

Bs ,lenny was getting hit in the nuts all night never once complained,got hit low and got standing count against him,ref was a typical European amateur style official,useless,,, and if you watch the replay, it was accidental, should have gone to the cards,end of !!

yes the biggest heart around,never took the easy route,gets ko'd and gets straight back,no fear,massive respect to him,nice guy too having met him in manchester and got his autograph

I was at the NEC that night. Even in the cheap seats we were screaming for it to be stopped when he got up. I thought he was dead when he went down again. Much respect that he is still going!

I think it was one of his best performances until the knockdown. He was very sharp and had Frenkel looking clueless at times, although even then I had a feeling that things would go wrong at some point.

Enzo weighed in at 192lbs, Jones 197lbs.
Enzo looked in good shape , no fat on him.

A lot shorter, and doesn't have the muscle definition of old, has the old fighter body look about him.

How do you see the fight going? I think Enzo could walk over him if he just goes for it from the start. Jones tends to start slowly nowadays.
