That would be one of the most impressive Lonsdale Belt winning runs of all time.
Of course most people would probably say those fights would be a waste of Joshua's time.

I don't think there will be a Whyte rematch. For one thing nothing was left in any doubt. I'd like to see it again though.
Chisora, Hughie Fury and then Haye would be good fun.
He'll probably do one defence and then ditch it though.

Never in a million years.
Chisora, Whyte 2 and either Price or Hughie
Even then, some of those clashes could be considered too high profile for British title defences

Do people really see Price fighting again?
He's pretty finished.

Prob not, but it would be a decent payday for him and it would be a reasonable defence for Joshua. Worse level fights are made for WBO titles

I can see Joshua giving the tithes up without defending them.
I reckon Whyte will fight for the vacant title. Against Hughie would be a great fight. More likely Cornish/sexton.

Can't see Haye fighting Joshua for less than a world strap.
No interest in a Whyte rematch any time soon.
Chisora makes sense and should happen next.
AJ vs Hughie could be interesting, but can't see it happening any time soon.
He has already beaten fighters at the level of Mcdermott, Towers and Sexton.
If Price returns he should steer clear of Joshua.
Maybe they could drag big Audley out of retirement? But that would be pushing it a bit, once you get to that point, May as well vacate and move on.

Audley? You started the Christmas drinking already?
If there's one person out there who is less relevant than Price, it's Audley.

DD. Audley is a good guy, he deserves a mention now and then, relevant or not

We should start a petition to the BBC.
We will let them delete Fury off the list as long as Audley takes him place. Rig the voting ITV style and we'd have the biggest shock in sporting history.

Why?
Camp Eddie thinks Joshua vs Whyte is PPV and you wonder why he might view other "domestic super rivalries" might be too high profile for the Lonsdale belt.
I'm not saying they are, I said they "could be considered" too high profile. That perhaps wasn't clear from what I said, my bad.
Camp Eddie has to make as much as possible on his cash cow, he'll have no interest in sticking around at, what is essentially domestic level, for another 3 fights, with his "future undisputed, long reigning, heavyweight champion of the world"

to win lonsdale outright you have to defend THRREE times one of which has to be mandatory/number 1 challenger - theres no way Joshua is still going to be fighting for British in 3 fights time. No chance.

Unless he wins a world title, then there is no reason that he shouldn't.

Dereck Chisora, Hughie Fury and David Price.
It's feasible. They should have saved Cornish pastie to feast on for later though so he could have counted as a defence.

I am a silly man, but at least I know the difference between British and Irish.

Come on then, why would a Joshua-Haye fight be a waste of Joshua's time?

Because Joshua would beat him easily just like every other possible opponent.
Everyone is a waste of Joshua's time.
