Has the Eubank's done the right decision?

So as Eddie lost the purse bid for the Blackwell fight for the British title - Eubank jr had the the chance to release his contract; which he took up. What I've heard is Hennessy outbidded Matchroom by about 50k or something like that, I've heard the figures matchroom were going to pay both fighters and in my eyes it was fair (paying 123k to Blackwell...) I understand one of the reasons why Matchroom lost this bid is because Eddie felt it was a fair pay to both fighters and secondly Eddie wanted to push Jr down the Jacobs route and challenge for the world title as he is mandatory too.

Also, Euabnk Snr felt that Eubank jr v Blackwell was PPV worthy (in my eyes it's nowhere near PPV worthy) - but then again i don't think Eubank v Jacobs would be PPV worthy...

So the question is should Eubank go and fight Blackwell for the British title and take it from there or should he go and fight Jacobs for the world title and if he gets past Jabobs, imagine an unification bout with Billy Joe Saunders 2.

I like the Blackwell/Eubank fight, he isn't ready to step up to world level yet.
He is a young man, there is no rush.
I, for one, am getting sick and tired of Eddie trying to push his fighters towards world title shots as soon as they win a fight or two.

This sounds sensible.
Also gives him a bit more time to work with Booth, which I think will be good for him.
Fight Blackwell, who I think he beats comfortably and in impressive fashion. After that a good gate keeper, someone ranked by WBC that will test him, then look at Jacobs or BJS (or Jacobs then BJS)

Or he could just call out Cotto..

It is a good fight but would of made sense more pre/post Chudinov.

The problem is that if he fights for the British title he's going to expect world title money.

I don't think Blackwell is a easy fight for him.

the wba has about 50 "world" titles. GGG is wba champ and the thing jacobs has is
just a trincket. please stop calling it a world title. thank you

Jacobs' title is worthless but he is still way better than Blackwell.

Besides, WBA regular title would allow Eubank with a little effort to become Golovkin's mandatory.
