Hi-My Father ,Warren Bradfield, was a welterweight boxer in the Transvaal and Rhodesia. He ran a boxing school in Benoni and I believe Vicky Toweel was one of his pupils when Vicky was a young boy. (I was introduced to Vicky in N Rhodesia when he was on tour there. I was about 10years old-some 60years ago)-- Is anyone able to give me any info on my fathers career ? This was about 1930-32. Sorry, I can't help specifically but you'll possibly get more joy posting this in the Boxers Of The Past sub-forum I think. If anyone around here knows much about Old Timey African Welterweights they'll be posting over there. Good luck.
