One thing this list shows is British boxing is pretty deep and very healthy. I seem to remember at times we only had a few genuine world class fighters

You're not the first to mention that on Horses monthly list.
As such it's getting harder and harder to rank 30 fighters.

The biggest issue is how highly do you rate title holders vs someone like Khan, Murray, Afolabi or Groves

Oh it's tough no doubt. But we have a large number of world class fighters. P4P rankings are very difficult and subjective. But I totally agree with Tyson at number 1. This man dominated a champion for almost 10 years in a big upset. In the premier division. And unexpectedly. Tyson Fury

Not in a million years is mcdonell higher than Selby. Selby should be top 5.

Masternak was a good win.

Bellew being above several world champions does seem a bit strange, but he does have a deeper record than most on the list and he is on good form.

Good list as always Horse. Khan is far too high for me. He's stagnated a bit waiting about IMO. BJS should be a bit higher up.

Reckon I'd win UD12 though

McDonnell should be above Khan and Frampton imo.

Murray and Afolabi also too high up.

yep , BJS should be above Murray .

Flanagan ahead of Haskins, Groves, Bellew and Afolabi for me at least, I would have him in the top 10 too but I admit i'm a bit biased as I am a big fan.

Yes, British boxing is in a very healthy state at the moment.

For me, to a large extent, the titles should be ignored.

I know you've just said you largely igone the titles. But many people here and abroad think Flannigan is the best lightweight on the planet.
As for Crolla, I had him outside of world class.
But I put that down to me not knowing what I was talking about.
The 2 performances against Perez and the eventual stoppage win surely count for something at world level. Even though I didn't rate him he has to get more credit than 18th place for those results
