For what reason would you want to lose weight and is there a deadline?
Just diet correctly with a good nutritional plan and do it with a good workout programme.

I've used one. To be honest, black bags are a cheaper option and seem to do just as much.

Are you making weight for a fight?
If not, all you're going to be doing is losing water temporarily from your body. You're not actually losing any real weight as such.
Of course you may well know this, well, if you're a fighter you'll definitely know this.

Ive wore many other sauna suits from lonsdale to ampro to swelter wear all differant brands i rate theese the best
I used a months worth i am 5 foot 10 and was 17 stone after xmas
Now im 15 stone looking and feeling great
Trained 6 days a week
Monday to friday mornings 4 mile run followed by free weights for strenth
Monday to friday nights at the boxing club
Saturday mornings 7 hill run and sprints
All this with a healthy diet and taking my cnp supplements
Ive lost loads of BODY FAT not water weight
Ive had 90 amatuer fights winning 57
So say what you want about sweatz sports but i like them as alot more feedom in arms and more confey than sauna suits/bin bag
They are £55 for 60 so thats not bad

You've lost two stone of body mass in a little over a month? Almost 1lb per day?

You realise that you would have lost even more if you weren't dehydrating yourself whilst training?
It's all the training and improved diet that is giving you the results. If you keep yourself well hydrated you will be able to train for longer.
I took a look at that website and it's claims are laughable. I don't expect they will provide links to their 'clinical tests' any time soon...
